A social enterprise is a business that generates profits for the purpose of supporting a social mission.

For a non-profit organization, these unrestricted funds can have a transformative impact. Soap for Hope Canada currently has five social enterprises: Second Hand Hope, Caring Hotel Partners (our hotel hygiene recycling partnerships), Salish Sea Soap Pebbles, Soap Bundles, Rags for Plumbers, and the newest addition to the list, A Concrete Idea, where the team is working to process hygiene bottles to turn them into 3D printing filiaments.
