Second Hand Hope Shipping Policy
At Second Hand Hope, we are committed to providing affordable and sustainable second-hand goods while ensuring a smooth shipping experience. Below are the details of our shipping process:
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
Shipping Rates & Locations
- We currently ship across Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (see promotions at checkout).
Local Pickup
- A free local pickup option is available at our Victoria, BC location.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
- After a period of 7 days, if we have not received any contact from the customer, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the money to the payment method used by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once an order is shipped, Second Hand Hope is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at secondhandhope@soapforhopecanada.ca within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
- Please refer to our Return Policy for details on eligible returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
